Qualifications:
-High school graduate or equivalent -Able to lift 50 lbs.
Functions:
1) Provide office administration support to the office manager, such as billing, working with customers to coordinate jobs and resolve open issues, and working with QuickBooks and online service maintenance management app.
2) Provide retail support and work with customers directly to sell products and provide solutions.
3) Assist and work with the owner on marketing projects.
4) Provide occasional assistance to the field maintenance team Training Provided:
Pool and spa industry knowledge Accounting:
Invoicing, work orders and sales receipts Sales skills (no hard selling) Desired Skills and Experience Exceptional organizational and communication skills needed and be able to take direction quickly.
Optimistic and friendly demeanor.
