The ideal candidate will have at least five years of steady work history, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent and constant attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage time effectively and bill in accordance with firm policies; proficient in all Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL) and Google Docs/Sheets software and case management software; must be able to work independently as well as with team members.
Candidate must have the ability to excel in a fast paced environment as well as the ability to type 65 WPM.
Your typical day will require flexibility and solid time management.
Specific responsibilities are as follows.
Excel spreadsheet creation and manipulation, Creating reports; modifying reports, Document and file management, Drafting correspondence, managing correspondence, Working within and learning firm's CRM system Working within and learning firm's Workflow software Processing incoming and outgoing mail, Overnight deliveries, Answering phone calls from clients, courts, and vendors; Making calls.

years of work experience Good references Desired Qualifications Strong proficiency in Excel (especially) and WORD, including Google Sheets/Docs, Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Willingness to learn all phases of litigation and collection processes in California and nationwide.
