We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our awesome team! The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, providing administrative support to the team, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer-service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Previous work experience in a dental office is preferred but not requried.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide general office support services such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
