DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, remarkable service by responding to inquiries from existing customers and prospects regarding insurance.
Prepare forms, policies and endorsements as well as other customer service for all lines of insurance.
Provide customer service to the public and policyholders in a pleasant and courteous manner.
As directed by the agent, work with agent system to update information in customer databases used by the agent.
Contact prospects and current policyholders for appointments.
Meet sales and service goals by assisting with marketing goals as directed by the agent.
Perform customer service and sales related duties as assigned by the agent.
Salary/commission dependent on experience and insurance license.
