Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers who visit our stores.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our wide range of footwear and accessories.
Assist customers by suggesting products, finding the right sizes, and processing merchandise exchanges.
Utilize company tools effectively, such as the point-of-sale (POS) system, shipping programs, and other software, to facilitate sales and ensure accurate transactions.
Maintain cash handling accuracy and proficiency in cashiering responsibilities.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
