Responsibilities:
-Manage the office calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings - Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk service - Develop and implement training programs for office staff - Maintain and manage phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office - Lead and supervise a team of office staff, providing guidance and support - Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and handle calls professionally - Professionally answer high volume of calls - Complete and review staff performance evaluations - Present treatment plans and schedule according to production goals - Oversee medical office management tasks, such as patient scheduling and records management
Experience:
- 2 years minimum of experience in management in healthcare or dental setting - Knowledge and understanding of dental insurances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using office software and equipment - Knowledge of medical office procedures and regulations is a plus As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, overseeing staff, and maintaining efficient office processes.
