Want to make more money but not get burned out? We are looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist who is looking for a fusion role in physical therapy and fitness/and or Pilates.
You will be in a CASH PAY setting (more time with each woman you treat!) This position starts part-time, with the goal to transition to full-time.
Mentorship with pelvic floor and Pilates part of this position and prior experience in a cash pay setting is prefered! If you're outgoing, confident, are not scared of a new challenge and LOVE lighting up women's livesthen we would love to talk to you.
We are an established out-of-network women's wellness company that provides pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy with a full Pilates studio and fitness training.
After 15 years of working in a typical insurance model, Dr.
Dawn Andalon (founder), saw there was a need for a women's wellness center in which fitness/Pilates/PT could all blend for the most amazing outcomes for women, and it has been super successful.

We are LEVEL4 PT & Pilates, located in beautiful Encinitas, CA just minutes away from Moonlight Beach and right off the I-5 freeway.
We have been operating as an out of network practice since 2016 with a strong reputation for providing holistic care in north county SD.
We currently employ 2 pelvic floor PTs and 3 Pilates instructors.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S Skills/Competencies Needed:
Integrating care with Pilates department for positive long-term results for our clients (our specialty is in back pain and pelvic floor issues) Support and contribute to the company's Purpose, Vision, and Values Build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients through open communication and connection Provide a remarkable client experience Consistently communicate and review the goals with the client each session to place importance on their adherence to the agreed POC and be comfortable with selling to serve conversations Provide expert level intervention through Discovery Sessions, Evaluations, Follow Up Sessions Contribute and participate in clinical in-services, video posts, educational workshops, PR and community events, develop MD/referral sources as appropriate Keep records of client interactions and complete documentation in a timely manner Be knowledgeable about our services, products, and promotions Be open and dedicated to personal and professional learning and growth in leadership Attend all staff meetings (1x per week) Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to patients when they arrive in our wellness center, making them feel like they are part of a community and family.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S Minimum of Herman & Wallace PF 1 California physical therapy license CPR certification Min 2 years OP ortho experience Pilates experience or strength/conditioning background.
