Primary Objective of Position
The individual will coordinate, implement and monitor the activities associated with the patient recruitment of our clients' clinical trials. The individual will assist in ensuring the timely and quality recruitment of all assigned studies.
Responsibilities
o Work with the Project Director (PD) to effectively implement patient recruitment activities in accordance to the strategic plan devised for each assigned trial
oWork with PD to ensure that all studies are recruited on time and within budget
oDiligently work with trial sites to understand the particulars of their site dynamics and patient populations in order to craft a customized recruitment plan for a given study
oTo work with the PD to organize and implement campaigns with various media groups
oTo identify key advocacy groups
oTo assist in rolling out physician referral programs
oCommunicate with and coordinate activities with all key stakeholders (i.e. sponsor, CRO, trial sites, etc.)
oCoordinates and tracks third-party vendor activities
oDevelop, monitor and organize key metrics and reports to sponsors on a routine basis
oTo operate in compliance with RESolutions' policies and procedures
Requirements
o4 year degree or relevant work experience
oAble to work independent while still being accountable to the Project Director
o Preferred experience in working with the various media channels associated with patient recruitment
oAble to communicate and work with clinical site staff in a positive and productive manner
oGood organizational and planning skills
ooSolid computer and general operational skills
oStrong problem solving skills
This is an entry level position with entry level salary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
