POSITION
Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Activities Director in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activities Department. To assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.
KEY JOB FUNCTION:
Effectively provide activities that provide entertainment, exercise, fun or relaxation for residents and meet identified resident satisfaction goals.
Assists in planning, organizing and conducting resident specific and appropriate activities.
Maintains activities calendar as required by Activities Director or ED.
Effectively promotes resident participation in activities as required by Activities Director or ED.
Involve resident/family in planning activities, objectives and goals for the resident.
Arranges / transports patients and residents to and from activities.
Job Requirements
Must have 2-5 years experience in an activities capacity in a skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
