Tree Care Branch Manager

Park West Tree Care Division is seeking a Branch Manager for the San Diego market. A Successful Tree Care Branch Manager is a leaders with a strong work ethic and is a self-starter who is willing to be an educator to both our clients and employees. Responsibilities        Planning, scheduling and administering the branch budget to meet Park West goals        Ensuring all jobs meet within plan, budget and deadlines        Delivering timely and accurate reports, financials and schedules on a regular basis        Representing Park West in a professional manner and building relationships with clients        Managing tools and equipment delivery, storage, operation and maintenance        Hiring, managing, training and developing employees, conducting performance appraisals        Ensuring that the entire branch operates safely and efficiently at all times        Ensuring that employees are both results oriented and able to operate as a team Performance skills        Manage multiple projects, deadlines and demands.        Keeping in mind the best interests of Park West, employees and clients.        Make decisions, in the best interest of Park West and/or branch.        Communicate clearly, and effectively, with clients, team members, and management.        Prioritize and plan work to maximize efficiency.        Work with numbers accurately and completes paperwork on-time. Technical Skills        Proficient with computers and Microsoft suites products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)        Proficiency in, or knowledgeable of, mobile devices such as smarts phones, tablets        Proficient in Estimating and Job Cost systems. Knowledge Skills        Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. Reasoning/Judgment        Exhibit a readiness to make decisions        Demonstrate sound work ethics and act in a way that causes others to trust.        Build trust with others through own authenticity and follow-through on commitments.        Utilize ethical judgment.        Evaluate situations and identify existing problems or opportunities.        Search for root causes when solving problems.        Make high-quality decisions based on accurate assessment of the facts and situation. Teamwork        Provide leadership in projects through all phases to completion        Negotiate and cooperate with others to best use available resources.        Develop and maintain effective relations with both internal and external customers.        Motivate others to work effectively as a team.        Commit to eliminating organizational barriers to teamwork and quality improvement. Time and Task Management        Organize activities such that they are properly completed in a timely manner.        Schedule time by assigning priorities to daily/weekly/monthly work activities.        Document and file appropriate information in an organized manner for future reference. Education and Experience        4 years of supervisory experience in the tree care industry; ISA Certified Arborist.        2 or 4 yeardegree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a service industry
Salary Range: $80K - $100K
Minimum Qualification
Less than 5 years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
